- Do NOT claim my art as your own under any circumstances! I don't mind if you trace or reference, but please credit me if you are tracing anything, and do not use traced artwork for your commissions!- When ordering a commission, unless we set a deadline, please do not rush me! Asking for updates is absolutely okay, however I do have a job and a life outside of art!- I have the right to decline ANY commission, and I also have the right to cancel a commission without a refund if you as a customer make me uncomfortable or go against any of my guidelines!- If ordering NSFW art I will ask for verification of age! You MUST be 18+ to order ANY NSFW art from me, there are no exceptions! If you ask me to draw you weird things, you will be blocked an blacklisted!- Do not beg. This includes continuously asking me for extra discounts that weren't previously offered.- Do not flirt with me. I am in a relationship, and more importantly I don't wish to have those kinds of conversations with customers! It's weird and uncomfortable!- I will only offer refunds under specific circumstances. If I have not started your piece at all, you may ask for a refund, but if I have sent you at LEAST the sketch, no refunds are allowed.- After I complete your commission, you may do whatever you like with it, but PLEASE credit me! My Toyhouse is Sollshi, and if you aren't using Toyhouse, link back to my Instagram which is sollshi_art!- You may ask for changes in the piece at the sketching phase, the lining phase, and the colouring phase! If you aren't satisfied with the piece at any stage, tell me, and I will do my best to correct errors!- Any custom designs by me may be resold, but not for anything more than you paid unless you have added extra art!- I often offer discounts! If you're interested about a discount, just ask! These discounts can be anything from free shading for first time customers to a buy one get one free deal! My discounts usually happen around holidays!- I take payment through Cashapp, PayPal (f&f only), Zelle, and Venmo! If you have an issue with a commission, contact me! I do not tolerate chargebacks on ANY platform and you will be blacklisted and I have the right to speak about my experiences with you!- People on my blacklist may not own my designs or receive art from me after they have been blacklisted! If I find out you're distributing my artwork and designs to someone on my blacklist, you will also be blacklisted!- If you are a minor, our conversations must remain strictly business or mutual! I do not wish to be friends with minors, I am a grown man! Please do not overstep this boundary!- You may ask for updates on your commission whenever you'd like, but please be considerate! Asking me every single day becomes kind of excessive!- Don't be afraid to ask me questions!! If you don't know if i can draw something, if you're confused about anything I've posted, etc. just ask me! I am always welcome to answer!
